A comprehensive view of our primary markets and associated product types are obviously shown on this website, but in more detail our normal staff needs generally fall into the following categories:Sales & Marketing: Both mobile and office-based staff who normally cover the company’s complete range of products and services including direct sales through to admin support. Due to the nature of our industry we are interested in people who can demonstrate the ability to form long term relationships with clients from the highest to the lowest in a variety of organisations. With a successful track record in meeting ‘sales targets’ in a given time period. A relevant technical background is desirable but not essential.
Technical Support & Sales: Ideally both an office and mobile person with an electronic technical background with a bias towards background sales who can explain the features and function together with the benefits of the companies more technical lines whether it be its CCTV, Telematics or Control System solutions. With a successful track record in meeting ‘goals and objectives’ on time.
Technical Specification: A somewhat complementary role to our Technical Support and Sales roles in order to guide clients through our specification process on our more complex devices and system with a view to integrating the solution into our internal processes and procedures. As part of this role you would be required to assist with creating and amending quotes for these lines. With a proven track record in completing projects in a ‘timely and cost-effective’ manner.
Other Roles: From time to time Standby RSG also have vacancies in other departments such as production, service, quality and accounts, but these are normally only specifically advertised when the need arises.
